Thus, we want to be as open and transparent as possible with our processing of your personal data. This privacy notice applies to the website, as well as purchases and the registration on our webpage

We are the Swedish company, Tijarat AB. Tijarat is the controller of the personal data you submit to us and responsible for your personal data under applicable data protection law.

Storage of the data

The data we collect from you is mainly stored within the European Economic Area (EEA) but may also be processed in a country outside of the EEA. In case any such transfer of your personal data will be carried out it will be in compliance with the applicable law.

Access of your data

Your data may be shared within Tijarat AB. Tijarat AB is never passing on, selling or swapping your data for marketing purposes to any other parties outside the company.
If data is forwarded to third parties, it is only used to provide you with our services.

Legal ground for processing

Whenever personal data is collected from you, we will inform you whether the provision of personal data at that stage is statutory, obligation or mandatory and thus required to enter a contract. We also provide you with the possible consequences if you choose not to provide us with your personal data.

  • Right to access

You can request information about your personal data we hold on you at any time by contacting Tijarat AB via e-mail.

  • Right to portability

Each time Tijarat AB processes your personal data, by automated means based on your consent or an agreement, you have the right to get a copy of your submitted data transferred to you or to another party.

  • Right to rectification

If the information of your personal data is incorrect you have the right to request rectification. This includes having the right to have incomplete personal data completed.
If you have a Tijarat account you can edit your personal data under your account.

  • Right to erasure

You have the right to erase any personal data processed by Tijarat at any time expect for the following situations:
*you have an open order which has not yet been shipped or partially shipped
*you have an unsettled debt with Tijarat, regardless of the payment method
*your credit application has been rejected within the last three months
*if you have made any purchase, we will keep your personal data in connection to your transaction for book-keeping purposes.

  • Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest

You have the right to disagree to processing of your personal data that is based on Tijarat’s legitimate interest. Your personal data will then no longer be processed unless we can demonstrate legitimate grounds for the process which overrides your interest and rights or due to legal claims.

  • Right to object to direct marketing

You have the right to object to direct marketing, including profiling analysis made for direct marketing purposes. Thus you can opt out from direct marketing by the following means:

Tijarat is taking data protection very seriously and therefore we encourage you to contact us via e-mail in case any question regarding your right stated above may arise.

  • Right to complain

In case you consider Tijarat AB to process your personal data in an incorrect way you can contact us. Moreover, you have the rights to raise a complaint to a supervisory authority.

Updates of our privacy notice will be communicated to you and the latest version of the privacy notice will always be available on our webpage.

Payment methods

You can pay for your goods in several ways as mentioned below.

1-Payment before delivery 

  • Credit card or debit card

You can enter your payment details as soon as you place your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard). The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your card, but will not be debited until the goods are shipped. Tijarat reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card and its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data of the purchaser is correct. We may refuse orders depending on the result of these checks.

  • PayPal

When paying by PayPal, Tijarat reserves the right to check the validity of the PayPal account, that there are enough funds to cover the purchase sum and validate the billing address details of the purchaser. The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your PayPal account but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched from the warehouse. Tijarat reserves the right to deny any purchase.

  • Klarna

When paying with Klarna, Tijarat reserves the right to check the validity of the Klarna account as well as reserves the right to deny any purchase.

2-Payment after delivery

  • Invoice – pay within 15 days

The payment request is sent to your e-mail address when the order is dispatched. The statement will show the total amount due including VAT and delivery charges. Payment is due within 15 days after the statement date.

  • Pay next month

All items you purchase and receive within one month are included in one statement, which is sent to you the following month. This payment option is only applicable on purchases of 100 USD and above. No additional fee will be added to the amount payable. Payment is due at the end of the month in which the statement is issued.

  • Credit check

Tijarat reserves the right to review your application for “invoice” and/or “pay next month” and to refuse it, limit it, demand an advance payment or suggest an alternative method of payment. Your credit history will be reviewed with credit and fraud prevention agencies when you apply for “invoice” and/or “pay next month” with us and, for any significant increase in your credit limit and periodically to manage your account. When a credit reference agency receives a search from us they will place a search footprint on your credit file that may be seen by other organizations. We will also share your personal data with credit reference agencies, fraud prevention agencies and similar bodies in relation to the use of your account. The charges and rates of interest specified below may be varied from time to time by notice from Tijarat to you.

  • Arrears

You fall into arrears if your statement or instalment account is not paid by the due date. The total amount owed by you to Tijarat becomes payable immediately, or, in the case of customers paying by instalments, following notice from Tijarat to that effect. Tijarat will send you an e-mail requesting payment immediately. If you have still failed to pay the overdue amounts Tijarat will send you a ”Notice of Default” via e-mail. We will charge with 8% of the value of the purchase on a monthly basis. You always have a right to pay all or part of your instalment debt prior to a scheduled payment date.

  • Others

Please note that Tijarat reserves the right to send payment requests to your e-mail address.
Please note that we do not accept cash or cheques.
You will receive the legally required invoice document in the Shipping Confirmation e-mail.
