You have 28 calendar days to return an item without any further reason from the date where the last good of your delivery was received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in original packaging. Furthermore, your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
All our parcels contain a return form to use in case you send items back. Please fill in the return for using the code that best explains the reason for return and place it together with the item(s) you wish to return in the parcel your order arrived in.
Free return via Postnord
You can easily go to any nearby Postnord branch and hand in the parcel with the items which you wish to return. Refunds
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
As soon as your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment:
If you have paid by credit or debit card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.
If you have paid with PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account.
If you have paid by Klarna, we will refund the balance to your Klarna account.
If you have paid by Invoice, “Pay Next Month” or by monthly instalment, we will add this credit to your H&M account balance.
Your balance will be refunded within a 14 days after you returned the item(s).
All returns are free of charge, if the prepaid label is used.
